  • Property Owner, Property Manager, and Tenants, Co-Tenants, and Guarantor: Personal Information may be shared between property owner, or property manager and tenants to facilitate the provision of our AssuredRent, AssuredTenant, and AssuredIncome services and to address issues related to these services. For example, when you enroll a tenant, relevant information may be shared with us or partners and affiliates.

  • Credit Bureaus: Personal Information may be shared with credit bureaus as part of our credit reporting functions and as permitted by law.

  • Marketing and Advertising Partners: Personal Information may be shared with our marketing and advertising partners to provide you with customized content, targeted offers, and advertising. We do not share your Personal Information with third-party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you consent to such disclosure.
