Rent Reimbursements
AssuredTenant will cover rent loss and malicious damages caused by tenants. If a tenant breaches the lease agreement, we'll reimburse up to one month's rent within 30 days after submitting a simple Notice and Report on our App. We'll also cover malicious damages up to one month's rent upon receipt of a court order related to the damages — double the protection.
