EASY STEPS TO MAKE RENTING A CERTAINTY FOR LANDLORDS

Day 1  - the landlord registers qualified tenants with Pensio.
 
Day 60 - the landlord can make demands on the rent and damage guarantee. 
Rent Default - the landlord files a rent guarantee demand with supporting document to Pensio for approval.
 
Eviction - once default demand approved, Pensio eviction team serves eviction notice on tenant.
Day 30  - after the tenant rent default, Pensio pays landlord all current tenant rent arrears.
 
Rent Guarantee - Pensio will pay defaulted rent monthly following a lease for up to 12 months or up to 90 days after the tenant has been evicted, and the rental unit is vacant.
Eviction - tenant is evicted - rental unit is vacant - Pensio stops making rent guarantee payments after 90 days. Pensio will seek recovery of rents paid from the tenant. 
 
 
Malicious Tenant Damage Demand - the landlord advises the client within 30 days of the damage event.
File a Claim - the landlords files a claim to recover damages in landlord and tenant court.
Court Order - the landlords obtain a court order requiring the tenant to pay the damage award.
Day 30 - in the event tenant does not pay court order, Pensio will pay court order amount to the landlord and seek recovery from tenant
